Privacy Policy

 

1. Booking & Payments

    •    A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required to secure all bookings.

    •    Full payment must be completed:

    •    Catering & Private Events: 72 hours before the event

    •    Private Dining / Traveling Chef: 48 hours before service

    •    Daily Pickup Orders: Paid in full at time of order

    •    Accepted payments: Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit (if applicable).

 

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    •    Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    •    Cancellations made:

    •    7+ days prior: Credit may be issued for future services

    •    Less than 72 hours: No refund or credit

    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% charge

 

 

3. Catering Services Policy

    •    Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days before the event.

    •    Menu changes must be made at least 5 days in advance.

    •    We are not responsible for:

    •    Food quality after 2 hours of service if not properly stored

    •    External factors (weather, venue delays, etc.)

    •    Client must provide:

    •    Adequate space for setup

    •    Access to electricity (if required)

 

 

4. Private Chef / Traveling Chef Policy

    •    Client must ensure:

    •    Clean and functional kitchen (unless otherwise agreed)

    •    Necessary equipment availability (or request rental in advance)

    •    Travel fees may apply depending on location.

    •    Parking must be provided or reimbursed.

    •    Groceries may be:

    •    Included in package OR

    •    Billed separately with receipt

 

 

5. Private Dinner Experience Policy

    •    Guest count must match booking (extra guests may incur fees).

    •    Setup, dining, and breakdown times are pre-scheduled.

    •    Overtime beyond agreed hours will be billed hourly.

    •    Any damages to equipment or rentals will be charged to the client.

 

 

6. Daily Pickup Orders Policy

    •    Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

    •    Pickup times are strict — late pickups may affect food quality.

    •    No refunds once order is prepared.

    •    Custom orders may require minimum quantities.

 

 

7. Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

    •    Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

    •    While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

 

8. Liability

    •    FAVV CHEF is not liable for:

    •    Injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents after food is served

    •    Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

    •    Clients assume responsibility for guests once service is complete.

 

 

9. Clean-Up & Waste

    •    Basic cleanup is included.

    •    Excessive mess, trash removal, or deep cleaning may incur additional fees.

 

 

10. Agreement

 

By booking with FAVV CHEF, you agree to all terms and policies listed above.
